Approved, subject to approval of shareholders, the constitution of Employee Stock Option Schemes to create, offer and grant Stock Options to CEO & other permanent employees of the Company and matters connected therewith.

Approved extension of the tenure of S Raghunandan - Whole Time Director and CEO of the Company by two years i.e. from 23 May 2015 to 22 May 2017.
