Board of J Kumar Infraprojects recommends dividend
Of Rs 3.75 per share
J Kumar Infraprojects announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 May 2014, has recommended dividend of Rs 3.75 per equity share (i.e. 37.50% on the Face value of Rs 10 per equity share) for the financial year 2013-2014, which is subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the company.
