Essar Shipping announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 May 2014, has considered the following:
A R Ramakrishnan, has been re-appointed, as the Managing Director of the Company, with effect from 22 May 2014.
Captain Anoop Kumar Sharma, has been re-appointed, as the Wholetime Director, designated as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, with effect from 22 May 2014; and
Vinayak Joshi, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company has resigned from the Company, with effect from 31 May 2014.
