Board of Ram Ratna Wires recommends dividend
Of Re 0.75 per share
Ram Ratna Wires announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 May 2014, inter alia, has considered and approved the recommendation of dividend of Re 0.75 per share (15%) on the paid-up equity share capital of the Company.
