Outcome of board meeting of Ideal Optics
Held on 01 May 2014
Ideal Optics announced that the Board of Directors at the meeting held on 01 May 2014 have approved to increase the Authorised Share Capital of the Company from Rs 5 crore to Rs 20 crore and to raise funds upto Rs 20 crore, by way of offering, issuing and allotting upto 2 crore equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 10 per share equity share on preferential basis in cash.
