Board of PTC India Financial Services recommends dividend
Of Re 1 per share
The Board of PTC India Financial Services has recommended a dividend of Re 1 per share (10%) for FY 2014. The Board has approved setting up of an Asset Management Company as a subsidiary company. The Board has also decided to recommend increase in the authorised share capital of the Company from Rs 1000 crore to Rs 2000 crore with a provision of preference share capital of Rs 750 crore subject to approval of shareholders.
