Recommended payment of Rs 4 (@ 40% per equity share of Rs 10 each) as the final dividend of the Company for the financial year 2013-14, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

This is in addition to the interim dividend of Rs 5 per share (@ 50% per equity share of Rs 10 each) declared on 17 October 2013.

Allotted 34,068 equity shares to 9 employees under Thinksoft - Employee Stock Option Scheme 2011.
