Adi Rasayan's board approves reduction of equity share capital
On 25 March 2013
The board of Adi Rasayan in its meeting on 25 March 2013 has approved the reduction of equity share capital of the company from Rs 6.52 crore divided into 65,19,700 equity shares of Rs 10 each fully paid-up to Rs 65.20 lakh divided in to 6,51,970 equity shares of Rs 10 each fully paid up and such reduction be effected by canceling Rs 10 per share on 58,67,730 equity shares amounting to Rs 5.87 crore in the existing paid up equity share capital against debit balance in profit and loss account.
