Alok Industries approves rights issue
On 07 February 2013
The committee of Alok Industries in its meeting on 07 February 2013 has approved the issue price of the rights issue to be at par i.e. Rs. 10 per equity share and the ratio of the rights entitlement will be 2:3 i.e. two equity shares for the every three equity shares held by the shareholders.
