Timex Group India extends maturity period of preference shares
The board of Timex Group India in its meeting on 31 January 2013 has approved extending the maturity period of 25,00,000 1% non cumulative redeemable non convertible preference shares of Rs 10 each by five years, subject to necessary approvals.
