The committee of GTL Infrastructure in its meeting on 08 January 2013 has allotted 45,007,457 equity shares consequent to conversion of 8,296 FCCBs of US$ 1,000 each at a conversion price of Rs 10 per share, in terms of the offering circular dated 17 October 2012 for issue of US$ 111,740,000 zero coupon compulsorily convertible bonds due 2017 (series A bonds).
The committee has allotted 8,881,052 equity shares consequent to conversion of 1,637 FCCBs of US$ 1,000 each at a conversion price of Rs 10 per share, in terms of the offering circular dated 17 October 2012 for issue of US$ 207,546,000 interest bearing convertible bonds due 2017 (series B bonds).
