Jindal Photo cancels the shareholders' meeting
Proposed to be held on 10 October 2012
As per order dated 24 August 2012 by Hon'ble High court of Bombay, Jindal Photo was directed to convene a meeting of its shareholders on 10 October 2012 to discuss the matter of demerger of its investment division into Jindal Photo Investments and Finance. Subsequently, the board vide their resolution dated 07 September 2012, moved an application to the court seeking permission to hold the meeting by 27 December 2012. The Hon'ble court, in the hearing held on 04 October 2012, was pleased to allow the application of the Company seeking permission to hold the meeting of its shareholders by 27 December 2012 to discuss the matter of demerger.
