Further, Deepak Amitabh, director (finance) & CFO of PTC India is likely to take over the charge of chairman & managing director of PTC India and the board of directors of PFS in its meeting held on 25 September 2012 has decided that Deepak Amitabh will act as chairman & managing director of PFS with effect from 11 October 2012 or date of his joining, whichever is later.
