Punjab Chemicals & Crop Protection to issue & allot debentures
The members of Punjab Chemicals & Crop Protection have approved the special resolution for raising additional long term funds by way of issue and allotment of 30,00,000 zero coupon unsecured fully convertible debentures (subscription security) to Gowal Consulting Services at a price of Rs 100 per subscription security, convertible into equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each on preferential basis.
This was approved at the extraordinary general meeting held on 12 September 2012.
