EIH Associated Hotels' approves rights issue
On 31 August 2012
The committee of EIH Associated Hotels in its meeting on 31 August 2012 has approved the proposed issue of 1,08,81,481 equity shares on a rights basis to its existing equity shareholders aggregating to approximately Rs 108.81 crore in the ratio of 5 equity shares of Rs 10 each for every 9 equity shares of Rs 10 each held by the shareholders. The issue price of right shares will be Rs 100 per equity share including a premium of Rs 90 per equity share.
