The board has decided to make the preferential allotment to the promoters and non promoters of 1,60,00,000 share warrants to be converted into equity shares within 18 months from the date of allotment at the rate of Rs 18 per warrant including premium of Rs 8 worked out as the prevailing SEBI Guidelines, subject to the approval of shareholders, stock exchange and all statutory authorities.
