Accordingly, the relevant date for the issue of shares to Hem-Sil Trading & Manufacturing, a part of Shalil Shroff Group, being one of the promoters of the company will be 3rd August 2012.

Further, the company has informed that the equity shares proposed to be issued and allotted to the aforesaid promoter of the company will be at a price of Rs 100 per equity share (face value Rs 10 per equity share and premium of Rs 90 per equity share).
