The board will consider the issue & allot equity shares to the shareholders of ACE Steelfab, consequent to the order received from Hon'ble high Court of Delhi.

The board will consider and take on record the audited yearly financial results of the company for the financial year 2011-2012 and to consider the unaudited (reviewed) financial results of the company for the quarter ended 30 June 2012. The board will also consider recommendation of dividend, if any.
