Hon'ble High Court approves scheme of amalgamation of Jayant Agro Organics
Jayant Agro Organics has announced that the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay on 06 July 2012 has sanctioned a scheme of amalgamation between Ihsedu Speciality Chemicals, a wholly owned subsidiary of Jayant Agro Organics with Jayant Agro Organics and their respective shareholders, under section 391 to 394 of the Companies Act, 1956.
