The members have approved the issue of securities including by way of QIP to the Qualified Institutional Buyers upto an aggregate amount of Rs 60 crore, in one or more tranches.

Further, the members have approved to increase the aggregate limit for FII investment from 24% to 49% of the paid-up capital.

This was approved at the extraordinary general meeting held on 25 June 2012.
