FDC approves buy-back of equity shares
On 26 May 2012
The board of FDC in its meeting on 26 May 2012 has approved the buyback of fully paid-up equity shares of Re 1 each of the company, upto a maximum offer size of Rs 5,000 lakh and upto a maximum offer price of Rs 110 per equity share, from the open market transactions through stock exchanges, subject to approval of the shareholders through postal ballot notice.
