Kiri Industries to raise funds
Through issue of securities
The members of Kiri Industries have approved the issue of equity shares and/or convertible securities other than warrants and/or non-convertible debentures with warrants through QIP/GDRs/ADRs/FCCBs up to an amount of Rs 300 crore.
This was approved at the extraordinary general meeting held on 29 February 2012.
