Essar Shipping inducts first MiniCape Vessel into its operating fleet
Essar Shipping, a part of the Essar Group has taken the delivery of MV 'Kamlesh' into its operations. This newest addition to Essar Shipping's growing fleet, MV Kamlesh is a bulk carrier, 253 metre long, 43 metre wide vessel and has a cargo capacity of 105000 dwt. Essar Shipping has a total capex of US$ 1 billion out of which US$ 600 million is for acquiring 12 vessels and approximately. US$ 450 million is for acquiring two jack up rigs.
The company made this announcement on 17 January 2012.
