Cubex Tubings appoints directors

With effect from 12 January 2012

The board of Cubex Tubings in its meeting on 12 January 2012 has appointed Virendra Bhandari and Mahendra Ranka as directors of the company.

The board has accepted the resignation of U M Bhandari, Mukun Chand Devada and Balakrishna Karande, directors of the company.

Further, the company has announced the sad demise of Rajab Syed Ali, director of the company.
