Aegis Logistics allots equity shares
On preferential basis
The members of Aegis Logistics have approved the issue and allotment of 2,120,190 equity shares of Rs 10 each to Infrastructure India Holdings Fund LLC on preferential basis.
This was approved at the extraordinary general meeting held on 23 March 2011.
