The board of Syncom Formulations India in its meeting on 25 February 2011 has converted 38,70,000 warrants in to 38,70,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each and allotted 38,70,000 equity shares at a price of Rs 28 each to other than promoters of the company whose warrants have been converted into equity.
Now the paid up equity share capital of the company has been raised from 1,84,34,348 shares to 2,23,04,348 equity shares of Rs 10 each fully paid up.
