Sat Industries' board approves scheme of arrangement
On 23 February 2010
The board of Sat Industries in its meeting on 23 February 2010 has approved the scheme of arrangement in respect of cancellation of the company's investment in Sah Polymers and the allotment of same number of shares by Sah Polymers to the shareholders of Sat Industries as per the draft scheme.
