KIC Metaliks' directors resign
With effect from 30 January 2010
The board of KIC Metaliks in its meeting on 30 January 2010 has accepted the resignation of Ravi Kumar Kajaria, Anushree Kajaria, Bishwanath Agarwal, Deoshlok Sharma, Prasanta Kumar Paul and Shankar Lal Mondal as directors of the company with effect from 30 January 2010.
The board has appointed R. S. Jalan as chairman and managing director of the company.
