LGB Forge to convene EGM
On 06 January 2010
The extra ordinary general meeting of LGB Forge will be held on 06 January 2010 to create, offer, issue and allot 6 shares of Re 1 each at the rate of Rs 2.58 per share for cash being the price which is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirement) Regulation, 2009 as amended from time to time to be allotted on preferential allotment basis.
