Punjab Chemicals & Crop Protection's board approves scheme of arrangements
On 14 December 2009
The board of Punjab Chemicals & Crop Protection in its meeting on 14 December 2009 has considered and approved a scheme of arrangements between Punjab Chemicals and Crop Protection and Parul Chemicals and their respective shareholders pursuant to the provisions of Section 391 to 394 read with Section 78 and Section 100 to Section 103 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 for the merger of Parul Chemicals into the company, reorganization of the reserves of PCCPL and other matters consequential thereto.
KPMG India Pvt Ltd has been appointed as consultant in respect of this scheme of arrangements.
