Kiri Dyes and Chemicals executes purchase agreement
For acquiring the DyStar Group and its selective assets
Kiri Dyes and Chemicals (KDCL) through its SPV Kiri Holding Singapore has executed purchase agreement on 04 December 2009, subject to the necessary approvals under Laws of Germany. This agreement is for acquiring the DyStar Group and its selective assets through insolvency. DyStar's core business values will remain unchanged and it will continue to supply high quality, ecology aware products, backed by their extensive application expertise.
