VMF Softech defers EGM
Scheduled on 21 September 2009
The board of VMF Softech has cancelled the scheduled extra ordinary general meeting scheduled to be held on 21 September 2009 as the proposed item of business will be transacted in the ensuing annual general meeting of the company.
The company made this announcement before the trading hours today, 14 September 2009.
