Rane Holdings's board approves merger of Rane investment with the company
On 30 July 2009
The board of Rane Holdings has approved the merger of Rane Investments, a wholly owned subsidiary with the company. The merger would be effected through a scheme of arrangement to be filed before the Hon. High Court of Madras by Rane Investments with appointed date as 01 April 2009.
This was approved at the board meeting held on 30 July 2009.
