Asahi India Glass appoints director

With effect from 12 August 2009

The board of Asahi India Glass has appointed Hideaki Nohara as director and whole-time director to be effective from 12 August 2009.

The board has also accepted the resignation of K Kojima as director and whole-time director of the company to be effective from 11 August 2009.

This was decided at the board meeting held on 28 July 2009.
