Hindusthan National Glass & Industries' board approves stock split
On 27 July 2009
The board of Hindusthan National Glass & Industries has decided to split the company's equity shares having face value of Rs 10 each into equity shares having face value of Rs 2 each.
This was decided at the board meeting held on 27 July 2009.
