IAG Company to increase authorised capital

To issue equity shares

|
The members of IAG Company have approved to increase of authorised capital of the company from Rs 7,00,00,000 dividend into 70,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each to Rs 14,00,00,000 dividend into 1,40,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
The board has accorded its consent to issue upto 70,00,000 equity shares on a preferential basis to the promoters and promoter group.
This was accorded at the extra ordinary general meeting held on 21 July 2009.
