IAG Company board approves to issue equity shares

The board of IAG Company has considered and approved to increase the authorised capital of the company from Rs 7,00,00,000 divided into 70,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each to Rs 14,00,00,000 divided into 1,40,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
The board has accorded its consent to issue upto 70,00,000 equity shares on a preferential basis to the promoters & promoter group at a price to be determined in terms of SEBI preferential Issue Guidelines and other applicable regulations.
The board decided to call for an extraordinary general meeting of the members of the company on 21 July 2009 to take necessary approval and consent of the members for the above matters and decision.
This was decided at the board meeting held on 11 June 2009.
