Hon'ble High Court approves scheme of amalgamation of Menon Bearings
On 02 May 2009
The Hon'ble High Court of judicature at Bombay has approved the scheme of amalgamation of Menon Alkop and M B Autocomponents(both wholly owned subsidiary companies of the company) with the Menon Bearings on 02 May 2009. Certified copy of the order of the Hon'ble High Court, Bombay is awaited.
The company made this announcement during the trading hours today, 05 May 2009.
