Vesting period for the options granted shall commence after twelve months from the date of grant and the maximum period within which the options to be vested shall be one year from the date of grant.

The committee has approved the grant of 114,000 stock options to the eligible employees of the company and its subsidiary, under MosChip stock option plan - 2004, at a price of Rs 10.05 each.
