Channel Guide to increase authorized capital

To convene EGM

The board of Channel Guide India has resolved to increase authorized capital of the company from Rs 3.5 crore to Rs 7 crore, subject to the approval of the shareholders.

The board has decided to convene extra ordinary general meeting on 16 March 2009.

This was decided at the board meeting held on 13 February 2009.
