Yashraj Containeurs to issue share warrants

|
The members of Yashraj Containeurs have accorded to issue 3,68,00,000 share warrants of Rs 10 each with a premium of Rs 85 per share warrant for cash, so as on conversion it shall not exceed 3,68,00,000 equity shares.
The members have accorded to create, offer, issue and allot upto 75,12,500 detachable share warrants of nominal value of Rs 10 each.
This was accorded at the extraordinary general meeting held on 24 January 2009.
