The board of VMF Softech has appointed Krishna Reddy Chintam and Niranjan Reddy Chintam as additional directors and Rajendra Naniwadekar as independent director.
The board has decided to increase the authorized share capital of the company from Rs 10 crore to Rs 20 crore by way of additional 1,00,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
The board has decided to call extraordinary general meeting of the company on 02 February 2009.
Further, the board has discussed the issue of making necessary intimations relating to raise the limit of NRI investments in the company and taking necessary permissions from the Reserve Bank of India, if required, to increase the limit of NRI investments to 49%.
This was decided at the board meeting held on 23 December 2008.
