Valiant Communications' board approves buy-back of shares
On 08 September 2008
The board of Valiant Communications has approved buy-back of its outstanding equity shares. Total consideration amount of buyback is not exceeding Rs 314.20 lakhs, the amount represents 10% of the paid-up equity share capital of the company and its free reserves. Buyback price per equity share not exceeding Rs 32.
This was approved at the board meeting held on 08 September 2008.
