M P TRIFAC has agreed to facilitate to obtain captive mineral mines necessary for the aforesaid projects & shall also facilitate suitable recommendation being sent to Central Government by the State Government in this regard.

The company has signed a MOU with Government of Madhya Pradesh on 29th & 30th July 2008 for setting up a 1000 MW thermal power plant in the State of Madhya Pradesh involving an estimated capital investment of 4200 crore. Government of Madhya Pradesh has agreed to provide all possible assistance & fullest co-operation to the company for the successful implementation of the project in the respective state.

The company has signed a MOU with Government of Chhattisgarh on 07 August 2008 for setting up clinker & cement plant of capacity 1.0 MTPA & 1.50 MTPA respectively and a captive power plant of 50 MW capacity involving a capital investment of Rs 200 crore. Government of Chhattisgarh has agreed to provide all help & shall also facilitate clearances necessary for the aforesaid projects through the intervention of State investment promotion board. The State Government will consider applications for grant of mineral concession of of limestone for 'captive use' in the State of Chhattisgarh.
