The committee of Borosil Glass Works has allotted 3,55,460 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 266.50 per share to the promoters on preferential basis.
With this allotment, the paid-up capital of the company has gone up from Rs 3,60,84,680 to Rs 3,96,39,280.
These shares were allotted at the committee meeting held on 16 July 2008.
