The board meeting of Madhav Marbles & Granites which is scheduled to be held on 28 June 2008 to consider and approve the audited accounts for the financial year ended 31 March 2008 and recommendation of dividend, if any has been postponed due to lack of quorum in the meeting of audit committee and board of directors.
