OM Metals Infraprojects' board approves scheme of amalgamation
With Sanyon Properties, Om Infratech and Alchemy Ventures
The board of OM Metals Infraprojects has approved the amalgamation of three group companies, namely, Sanyon Properties, Om Infratech and Alchemy Ventures with Metals Infraprojects.
This was approved at the board meeting held on 19 May 2008.
