Asahi India Glass' director resigns

From the board

The board of Asahi India Glass has accepted the resignation of Kazumi Yoshimura as director of the company with effect from 06 May 2008.

The board has appointed Keiichi Nakagaki as additional director in the capacity of independent director on the board of the company with effect from 06 May 2008.

This was decided at the board meeting held on 06 May 2008.
