Valiant Communications to issue & allot equity shares
To Ostrich Estate
The members of Valiant Communications have accorded the board to offer, issue and allot 600,000 equity shares having face value Rs 10 each at a price Rs 55 to Ostrich Estate, on a private placement basis and / or preferential allotment basis, however that the total amount raised through the aforesaid securities should not exceed Rs 3,50,00,000, to meet the company's capital expenditure and working capital requirements, subject to necessary provisions & approvals.
This was accorded at the extra ordinary general meeting held on 06 February 2008.
