The board has appointed Chirag C Doshi as managing director of the company with effect from 25 November 2007 for a period of 5 years.

The board has recommended to issue bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1 (one bonus share for one share held).

Further, the board has recommended to sub-divide the equity shares of face value Rs 10 each into 5 equity shares of Rs 2 each.

This was recommended at the board meeting held on 25 November 2007.
